Do I need to add water?
No. It heats the steel pot directly, so there's no reservoir to fill or empty.
Does it need to be plugged in to heat?
No. It runs on its built-in battery. You can also run or charge it from any USB source that supplies 5V, 9V, or 12V.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders arrive in 6–9 business days, with tracking. Standard shipping is free on every order.
What's the return policy?
You can return within 30 days of delivery. Change-of-mind returns have a 20% restocking fee. If it arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, there's no fee and we cover return shipping.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
Defects in materials and workmanship, for as long as you own it. It doesn't cover accidents, water damage, or normal battery wear. Full warranty

Lift out the stainless pot and wash it like any dish. Wipe the base with a damp cloth. Don't submerge the base.
